Cleaning Fee:

Deposit: 50% down, partially on a credit card with a check sent out the week of your booking date.
State Tax for Vacation Rental is 13.425%
Cancellation and Change in Reservation Fees:
Your deposit is forfeit when you cancel. Cancellations must be done 2 months before check-in date.
There are no refunds if you shorten your original stay.
If your nights remain the same but you wish to change the dates and those new dates are open, then the change fee is $50.
