State Tax for Vacation Rental is 13.42% Cancellation and Change in Reservation Fees: Changing fee is $75 Cancellations within 3 days after booking, and if your reservation is not a Last Minute Booking deal, then you get a full refund with no penalties. Cancellations after those 3 days have passed then the deposit will be forfeited.
